The DZ02 Series: Square Wood Grain MDF Seat The DZ02 is one of our most popular models for the European market. This square-shaped MDF toilet seat features a realistic oak wood grain pattern achieved through our advanced heat transfer printing process. Day 1-3: Design Confirmation The process begins with our design team confirming the exact wood grain pattern, color tone, and dimensions with the client. For the DZ02, the key specifications are: Parameter Specification Shape Square with rounded corners Material E1 grade MDF, 18mm Dimensions 370mm × 440mm (seat), 370mm × 395mm (lid) Hinge Plum blossom top-mount, zinc alloy Finish Heat transfer wood grain + UV clear coat Weight 3.2kg complete assembly Day 4-8: CNC Machining & Base Preparation Raw MDF boards are loaded into our CNC routing machines. The DZ02's square shape requires precise corner radius control (R15mm) to ensure consistent aesthetics across the batch. After cutting, each piece undergoes: Edge profiling (2mm radius round-over) Surface sanding (progressive 120/240/400 grit) Dust removal via compressed air booth Moisture content verification (target: 8-10%) Day 9-14: Coating & Printing The wood grain effect is achieved through a multi-step process: White primer coat — provides a smooth base for the transfer Heat transfer printing — specialized film with oak grain pattern is applied at 180°C UV clear coat — 2 layers of high-gloss UV-cured clear coat for protection Final cure — 24-hour ambient cure for maximum hardness Day 15-18: Assembly & Testing The plum blossom top-mount hinges are assembled by trained operators. Each unit undergoes: Soft-close mechanism calibration (3-5 second closing time) Hinge torque verification Surface inspection under 1000-lux lighting Dimension spot-check (5 units per 100) Day 19-21: Packaging & Shipping Final packaging includes: Individual polybag wrapping Color-printed retail box with installation instructions Foam corner protectors Master carton (4 units per carton) Palletizat
